Ajax Archives Donations

Interested in donating to the Ajax Archives? To help determine if your donation fits the Archives Management Policy, please complete the form below and we will contact you. We accept documents, photographs, and objects.

After your submission has been reviewed, you will be contacted for further information and photo(s) of the item, to determine if the items fit the mandate of the Archives.

If you would prefer to contact the Archives directly, please email archives@ajaxlibrary.ca and include the information that is requested via this form as well as any additional questions you may have.

Ajax Public Library is unable to accept impromptu donations on behalf of the Archives. All donations must be pre-approved and related administration work completed before the donation can be accepted. Please do not leave items at any Library branch.
