Donating Items and Materials to the Library Collection
Please note that the Library does not generally accept donations of materials for circulation or distribution as Library items. See the Library's Collection Development Policy for more information.
Inquiries about donating items to the Library for circulation can be directed to our Collections Services Team. Please do not leave items at any Library branch.
Donating Items to the Archives
Please review the Archives Management Policy and/or submit an Ajax Archives Donations form. You may contact the Archives Services Librarian with any questions.
The Library is unable to accept impromptu donations on behalf of the Archives. All donations must be pre-approved and related administration work completed before the donation can be accepted. Please do not leave items at any Library branch.
