The Library loans a wide variety of items. Different types of items may have different loan or borrowing periods, and may have different allowances for renewals. 

  • Note that you can borrow up to 50 physical items per card (additional limits for specific item types may apply).
  • Items can be renewed as needed, unless other Library customers have placed holds on the item, or the type of item has limited renewals (i.e. Quick Picks, Quick Flicks, or Book Club Kits).
  • Borrowing limits and loan periods for digital collections vary depending on the platform. See more information below.
