Young writers of Ajax are invited to submit their works based on the TD Summer Reading Club theme: Around the World! Find materials in your kit.
Write a 500-word story or one-page comic and share it with us for your chance to win! Begin your story with: "It’s time to pack my bags…"
We are thrilled to have Ted Staunton, award-winning author, speaker, and performer, back again as our guest judge. Ted has written books for all ages, several of which you can find at the Library.
Categories include:
JK-Grade 3
Grades 4-6
Grades 7-8
One-page comic (JK-Grade 8)
Winners will be chosen from each category, plus a People’s Choice Award. Winning entries will be announced at a reception at our Audley Branch on Wednesday, August 13, at 6:30 p.m.
