How can I transfer an embroidery design to the embroidery machine?
Designs must be saved as .dst files and transferred to a USB stick to be used on the embroidery machine.
What is the largest size the embroidery machine can stitch?
The largest hoop size available for the embroidery machine is 36cm x 57cm (14" x 22"), and all designs must fit within a hoop. Up to 15 colours can be used within a single design.
