In recognition of December 3 as International Day of Persons with Disabilities, The Library and the Town of Ajax is proud to host the Beyond Barriers Art Show celebrating creativity, resilience, and diverse perspectives. Ajax artists of all ages who identify as persons with disabilities are invited to submit their artwork for display in this special exhibition.

Intimate Partner Violence Awareness Month Event

Honour Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) Awareness Month with a story from a survivor and an educational session on the prevalence of IPV. Learn about the community supports available for those affected and engage with community partners at information tables. Light refreshments will be provided, as well as a children’s activity corner.
